Terms & Conditions
The following policy applies to all Plans

Players must bring their own shin guards, water, sunblock & athletic clothing to every session.

Sessions will not be extended if players are late. Sessions will be considered a no-show and will be terminated for the day if player/parent does not contact trainer via phone call or text to advise of tardiness or does not show up 15 minutes after session was due to start.

Player/Parents must call or text to reschedule if player is unable to make it to a session at least 24 hrs prior.

No-shows will NOT be rescheduled if player/parent has not called or texted within 24 hours after scheduled session. Player/parent will still be charged for this session.

Call or text for all cancellations.

To withdraw from on-going sessions, cancellations must be requested 48 hours prior to the session via call or text.

Sessions cancelled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled depending upon facility and/or time availability of trainer within 7 - 10 days. Refunds or Session credits may be issued.

Basic aid will be given to minor medical situations according to the ability and/or supplies of the trainer, however, in cases of medical emergencies, 911 will be called. First Touch 1 on 1 LLC nor its employees/contractors are liable for any injuries obtained during training sessions as sporting injuries are common and happen frequently.
